Well I used this Ontrack program named Easy Recovery Pro.
I managed to get some important files and a few photoshop files...but the main photoshop file that I needed was unrecoverable :/ My fault for not making a backup, but oh well. At least I have the sliced images already uploaded to a server..only problem is I cant edit them with photoshop of course. GOOD thing is..the site was done..aka ipaysite.com :c)
So there will be a slight delay in its opening, need some days to get everything together.
You guys should like what I have in-store for this site, its pretty damn kick ass
