What are the best bitrates, width x height, frames per second, keyframe interval, and audio bitrate settings if your targeting broadband home users????
anyone have a tutorial for this or any knowledge they would like to share? look to make the videos look as high quality as possible with a reasonable file size and wait time (buffering) for progressive downloads.
