thats interesting. i will look into this. i am willing to pay good money to a lawyer, but i also want to make it easier to dig up dirt on my dad. he is very parenoid, doesnt trust anyone, so it may be hard for a lawyer to come up with the info he needs on his property. anything i can do now before the divorce to make it easier on the lawyer? i can access most of his documents at home. what should i look for?
