* copy the wp-banner.zip file into the wp-content/plugins/ directory
* extract the wp-banner.zip file
* activate the plugin in the wp-admin menu
* verify if the table is created (e.g. with phpMyAdmin)
* add your first banner (Manage / Banner Admin)
