Of course it far exceeds its features, its free ;) I guess I should of known you already knew about it eh . I thought you were looking for TOPLIST scripts not the best features...
If you know how to modify it you can make it as "low lvl ??? ( whatever you mean by that )" or "top notch" as you want 
instead of writing one from scratch or buying one ( if you have the time )
