I'm pretty good looking, and I would say it happens once in a while. I categorize "hitting on me" as any time a girl goes out of her way to interact with me. That can be even the most innocuous interaction....girls always make the first move. When the guy thinks he's making the first move, the woman usually made him think that he's making the first move.
