You may get some good options, but the company will still need to charge you a base price for hardware, electricity, infrastructure, management, and bandwidth. At five Mbps, you really don't have much room to wiggle for prices.

Who has a virtual account for 5 mbps? A cheap one. This is for for stuff that isn't all that important. Actually, not very important at all. All I care about is uptime.
