Hey pr0, long time no see
I have to disagree with your comments here though. While there is no debating the size of PB and yes, I'm sure if you hit up their reps they will be able to assist you, the point of the thread was about people being turned off from the program due to the archaic/overkill (flash) backend.
Let's say they get a new webmaster who can send only 2 sales a day. He signs up because he hears their sites are good, but gets frustrated at the backend and tryign to get to his creatives or his stats to load, whatever the issue is (I don't use them myself so just saying in general). He decides to give up and try another program.
Now let's say 10 guys do the same thing. That's a loss of 20 sales/day to PB which could easily have been gained. Will that hurt their program, I doubt it. However I'm sure they would never mind increasing their sales (if they do, well then yes this discussion is pointless hehe).
Not to mention potentially losing bigger webmasters as well, some who check their stats multiple times a day to analyze things about their traffic and get fed up of the load times, I'd wager might go someplace else. They won't be hitting up their rep multiple times a day to ask the rep to pull their stats for them and ICQ them over
If I'm PB, I would redo that whole affiliate interface, I bet they can boost business at least 10-20% doing so which is more than worth it.
Anyhow just my
