Hi ProjectNaked,

The fraudder isn't wasting his time here and if he is, he is laughing because he now knows he got to you.

Don't waste your time going to your friends at the FBI or even the police. The problem is, you will never be able to prove who is fraudding you. An IP Address is NOT proof that any one person ripped you off. Unless the cops or FBI know that they can catch someone with actual proof, they will not be interested in your case.

Try this instead. Keep an eye on your site's sales. As soon as you think you've found fraud, Call the customer by voice to verify his purchase.

If you can't reach him by voice, consider the purchase to be fradulent. Log in to your CCBill account and void the transaction before it gets to Visa/Mastercard. You won't make any money on this purchase but you will at least stop it from becoming a chargeback later. CCBill and Visa/Mastercard will love you for it.

After that, talk to the card holder and tell them what has happened. You will at least be able to turn this into something positive by helping protect the card holder from being ripped off again.

Good luck!
