2nd you dont know who I am an my bloodline so dont make an ass of yourself.

1000 to 1500 mg is normal
less is in the monavie because it aborbs into the body faster
you can take up to 2000mg an you can still be okay please
it goes directly in the blood because its liquid an people drink water so excess is elimanted thru the urine if the body doesnt need it, anything in exaggiration can hurt you. your taking 2 to 4 ounces a day not the hole bottle.. please grow up n read befoe you speak or write.
