MLM scam.
The product is no healthier than ordinary fruit and vegetable juice, any additional effects are caused by the placebo effect. It is vastly overpriced (I'd venture to say that the profit margin per bottle is somewhere around 99%), and will therefore never be able to build a solid customer base on its own. However, by appearing to involve an actual product, it manages to convince suckers that it's a legitimate business opportunity.
