Seems to be a cashcow, people sell sites all the time where 2-3 hours / day is considered "no work" while this is a true no work site, park it, forget it, just cash in the cheques.
The domain will still increase in value year after year and in the meantime it will just produce weekly / monthly checks, so why bother ?
