For the normal guy, I would ask for qualifications before setting them up with such a risky endeavor. You need to be proficient in at least such skills as proper breast stroking, breathing techniques, and proper suction. I'd also need to ensure that you have the ability to swim from under the huge breasts w/o suffocating.
But if there was anyone in the world who has been properly trained in HUGE tits.. I would think that the man lucky enough to sleep with Claudia Marie on a nightly basis would be well skilled and trained.
