I called AEBN to speak to a representative and I was put on hold for a little bit. Being put on hold I had no problem with.

I understand AEBN is a busy company, totally understandable.

However you guys had some country radio station as your on hold music. It was absolutely unbearable. I mean I'm not a big fan of country already, I may like 1-2 songs. But this was just BAD BAD BAD COUNTRY.

I'm still sitting here listening to it and I had to get the phone as far away from my ear as possible, but not far enough to where I would hear when the rep gets back to me.

I mean this is absolute torture. It is really really bad. I would much rather listen to absolutely nothing. Please for the love of god change it. It is BAD!!! JUST AWFUL!
