Do banks usually sell gift cards etc that are same as cash and can be used anywhere? I have no clue because I have never really gave anyone a gift card before that can be used anywhere in lieu of cash.
Most pharmacy type stores Like Walgreens or Rite Aid, they have cards you can just put an amount on and it can be used anywhere like a credit card.
