McLame and McShame are the best I got. I'm not good with names, nor are my parents...there are way too many Jeffs in this world as it is.
I think I'd be better as a "Flip". A sample conversation:
Guy A - Sup, Flip?
Flip - Not much. Just glad I'm not named "Jeff". You?
Guy A - Oh, my name's Jeff...*seppuku*
Oh well, it happens.
