they're not going to ban knives. Carrying knives in public is already banned, but people under 18 have been getting off with just a warning, so soon they'll be prosecuted instead, seems to make sense. if someones going fishing or whatever and has a reason fair enough, but a ban on carrying them in public without justification is a good thing.
