I'm not gonna go and say Guns should be banned or whatever. Responsible gun owners don't kill people, for them its a hobby. The same can't be said for knives. Anyone who carries a knife on the streets is intending to use it if needed. There is no sport as far as I'm aware that people need to carry knives. You can't get a license to have a big ass knife on you at all times. Young people carrying knifes are more dangerous the responsible gun owners.
Yep you right the youngsters do carry knives and it is a problem over here but bans do not work and wont solve this problem. Its the culture that needs to change. The teenagers think it is hip to carry a knife or they carry it because other gangs carry knives and think it will protect them. You look at where all of this is happening and there is nothing for the teenagers to do but hang around in the street. I also see that some of the parents were bought up with the "gang culture" and think it is cool for thier kids to do the same. The culture over here has gone to shit, you go out to a nightclub over here and a accidentally bump into somebody and all they want to do is beat you up, it stupid. It was never this bad when I was a teenager and I dont recall so many stabbings over such stupid things
