The Miller Test is not a very good way to define obscenity. It's plain aweful and overly vague. The way it's written ANY work is subject to an indictement.
Watch the documentary "Inside Deep Throat" it is very educational about how all the obscenity prosections were started by Nixon and the religious right. Crooks.
