If you spend say an hour or two handsubmitting, then paying someone less to do the job, than what you make an hour if you were doing other tasks, is a really great investment. As long as you know how to sell the gallery, ofcourse.
There're a multitude of those hand-submit services out there. If they all claim to do the same thing, what you should look at is the price they want to do the job. Their services shouldn't differ one bit. If they all claim to submit your gallery to the same TGPs then why not choose the cheapest supplier? Then again, why hand submit?
If I were you, I'd approach them and ask that you get 1 test submission and arrange that you pay for that test once the gallery has been submitted. From there on you could pre-pay if the results are satisfactory...
But hey, that's just what I'd do if I'd been told over and over again that submitting automatically could never match hand submitting... Fortunately, I know better
