800Mg ibuprofen every like 4 hours will take care of most of the swelling which causes the really bad pains... beyond that the hot salt water, peroxide (bubbles in your mouth and helps quite a bit)
The worst pain is actually INFECTION related... If you have anti biotics around START THEM IMMEDIATELY! You will never get your tooth pulled until anti biotic knocks the worst shit out.
I had something just like this not that long ago... I think I even bitched about it on ICQ at ya LOL
