I think the tattoo shop guys are pretty fucked in the head if it went down how this guy says it did. but theres always 2 sides to every story.

I agree that the shop owners could have possibly shown more tact and sensitivity to this guys situation, however the law is the law.
An injury lawsuit cannot be based on the way he was treated….
Now say for instance another patron of this establishment were in the process of receiving a tattoo ( considered surgery in some states) and fell victim to some form of bacterial infection due to the presence of the animal… then that person would have a case…
But even that scenario would be sketchy unless the infection caused permanent injury such as complications from the infection once the infection was found to be the cause of the infection in the first place.
But in the case of the blind patron above , he has zero to base a lawsuit on.
