For the bacon lovers, try this: Next time you have a really lean roast of beef, deer, or moose roast, wrap it in bacon before you cook it. Then bake it in the oven as usual. You can even cut slits in it and stuff those holes with wrapped up strips of bacon. Kinky eh?
