you dont have to take my opinion for solid fact, i only spent 7 years at NYU studying this field and received my MBA...
i have seen plenty of girls/guys come in just like her and disappeared not soon after... i think she will get through the summer but cant see her lasting past the FALL unless she changes her name/username/and dyes her hair blonde for when she posts banana pic...

I like that you question what makes a person a marketing specialist.
Marketing is an ongoing process of planning and executing the marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) for products, services or ideas to create exchange between individuals and organizations.
I for one am proud to call myself a Marketing Specialist. These are my basic principles whan I think of marketing.
Great marketing is doing research....and lot's of it.
Great marketing is figuring out clever campaigns that attract critical mass.
There are many areas of marketing:
branding
communications
database marketing
direct marketing
event organization
global marketing
international marketing
internet marketing
industrial marketing
market research
public relations
retailing
search engine marketing
marketing strategy
marketing plan
strategic management
Great marketing is not posting BS on chatboards, working stupid webmasters into a frenzy, and trying to get their "banana" in her mouth next.
