Not even considering the evidence for a felony assault charge you leave lying around... no matter how much of a punk ass bitch you believe the person you are threatening is, he can put a bullet in your head if he snaps. Anyone can do it if they're desperate and goaded into it enough.. and short of having 24x7 bodyguard protection, there is no defense.
Unless you have a beef which cannot be settled by anything other than a mad beating.. and i haven't heard of one yet.. I don't understand why anyone with half a fucking brain would go there.
