It is just amazing how these CC processors mess around with other peoples money.
IBill, IPS and now WSB. The excuse that the bank has not released the money is terrifying. This is money that was paid into WSB, who took 15% and then hold back 10%. So what happened to the 75%.
The bank has not paid them their/your money yet?????????
