yeah, I hate when that happens at the wrong time. That's why I pre-screen to the section where I want to finish, and make sure there's no ugly dude's contorted sweaty mug hogging the frame while I'm blowing my load.
It kind of leaves me with no surprises, but i just switch to my left hand and it counterbalances everything.
