QUICK: Need your help (Make $ 20 in 2 minutes)

I need to sign up at one Paysite.
But my credit card is rejected because I'm in Dubai and apparently they don't like the IP.
No matter what I try I just can't signup there (used proxies, etc ..)
What I need:
