I'm not one to tell you how to run your business but I wanted to point out that a person who can create a website may not always be the best option to maintain your sites for you. It takes a lot of knowledge and experience to run a successful website and the ability to create eye popping graphics isn't really one of those needed skill sets. Typically that's an outsourced job.

You might want to try breaking those jobs up into 1) the person to create websites for you and 2) a webmaster to maintain and update your sites and edit your content.

You will probably have better luck filling the positions this way and get far more qualified people to handle your business.

I mean I've seen some AMAZING graphics artists in my time, but I wouldn't trust them to run my business. I would rather have someone with experience doing that. A person is what they are (a graphics artist, programmer, etc.) you should try and stuff to many jobs into one hat and expect any kind of success.
