I don't believe we've met before. My gut tells me that you never intended on creating such a confusion.

Your nick/brand was brought to my attention a few months back, but at the time I didn't feel it was totally necessary to pursue things.

Now everyone is asking me why we aren't sending a C&D (including my own staff).
