Chinese traffic

I was reading an article on another forum, and the poster suggested that people with large amounts of Chinese traffic should be marketing to it. This sounds really good, but in the past it's always been a problem to sell memberships to the Chinese. First of all, the Chinese people don't have regular MasterCard and Visa like most of the free world. Instead they have China UnionPay. Secondly, the Chinese government blocks and bans adult sites. Granted, they do a terrible job of it. As just about anyone who's run a tgp knows, there's huge numbers of adult surfers from China looking at free porn (and buying nothing). In the Wikipedia article, it's mentioned that UnionPay has a deal with Discover card in the USA, and that UnionPay is accepted everywhere Discover is accepted. This implies that Epoch, who accepts Discover card also can process China UnionPay. If this is true, one of the big obstacles to marketing to China is gone. Another obstacle is of course, the Chinese government itself. Obviously they don't block all adult sites (I'm sure many tgp owners wish they did).

Anyway, is it possible that the agreement between Discover and UnionPay opens up the Chinese adult site marketplace?
