Anna: the lady at the NeoSkin office did mention the lydocaine, but unfortunately they dont provide it, so you have to bring your own.
I had to have surgery 3 years ago and since I'm terrified of IVs, I put xylocaine on the IV area before they pricked me, and it still hurt a lot. Needless to say, I didn't think it would be any better this time, so I didn't even try.
But now that you mention it, I will definitely do it next time, thanks so much for the tip
