To say that "anything less than 50% commission is unacceptable", is unacceptable. Each company is completely free to choose how much of a commission to payout to affiliates, if they even want affiliates at all.

Pornmasta: To directly answer your question, according to the CCBill chart at http://businesscenter.ccbill.com/pricing.php: For every $20.00 sale you get, CCBill will keep $2.90 (14.5%) for themselves in fees, plus an extra 5% for holdbacks which they return to you 6 months later.

You save money as you your sales volume increases. So when your sales exceed $5000 per week, CCBill drops your per-transaction rate from 14.5% to 13.5%, then 12.5%, etc.

Good luck with your site! (And if you want to add a video chat application to it, please contact us!)
