RAMBO! We're gonna have a great time in Vegas. And hopefully it won't be long before I'm living there too. I am having a helluva time getting a new house out there. Everytime I find one I want...it ends up appraising WAY lower than the owner is asking. The market is dropping so fast.
The last house I was ready to close on ended up appraising at TWO HUNDRED GRAND lower than the owner was asking! And the guy was totally upside down on a second mortgage and can't afford to sell it at that price!
And the banks are tightening up everything and won't do a home loan for one penny more than the appraised value.
Crazy.
But we will have a blast at The Hard Rock my friend.
