Not sure how you are...not sure if you invested in early 90's......but I believe we are entering the same period.....
Bought new contruction in 1991 and sold at 10% in 1998......bought a townhouse before that and owned for 3 years and lost money on it. we are living through same times...
People with cash made FORTUNES in 90's.... So many companies went up 20-30 times original value in a few years...You couldn't pick a bad stock...And the LEADERS were the IPO'S
