Unfortunately the design is not good and looks like the style we used in the 90s and the graphics look like clipart. Also, was it free or did you pay for the design? If you paid for it you sure don't need to let the designer put her link on the page.

But, my question to you is why in the world would you pay to have a pay site built before you had any content? And what exactly is it you're asking us? You have an unfinished page with a tour header and no tour. Why in the world would you be thinking about getting traffic when you have an unfinished site? People don't just throw their credit cards at us because we slap up a page.
