I just read that Tom Waits is going on the road for a short tour this summer. I love a long ways from Phoenix, but was going to make a road trip and drive down to see him. Well, then I saw it was sold out and tickets are around $1200 on ebay. . . maybe not.

I saw him in Seattle about 7-8 years ago. It was amazing. It is rare that you get to see a true genius at work.
