Few Questions about my blog. Newb. Been posting and learning a bit of SEO + link dumping/trading etc. Been at it for about 3 months.

If i send traffic to my sight by posting a single flash video from redtube/pornhub on a video link dump site, how to i get the traffic to migrate to the rest of my site?

eg. I sent 1000 unique hits (video dump traffic) to a post including a video, and another post pasted below into the same post. I tried to get them to continue browsing after the video ended. I got a whopping 18 clicks at the affiliates site. Which is alot for me! NONE of them commented, or used the Vote box.
Is this just bad traffic?

Without posting to link/video dump sites, i can only muster about 150 uniques a day.
I include plenty of text, also include Title and Alt tags in my pictures. All-in-one SEO pack.
I try to post 2 times every weekday. Is this enough?

Most of my traffic is from google images. Ive got about 25 low quality link trades. im not concerned about losing money right now. I just want it to consistantly grow.
Should i buy a quality link on a website of the same niche?
If i keep on posting 10 new posts a week for 3 months, will traffic improve AT ALL?
