Just last year, I used to sit so much at my computer that my hips would actually lock up....Have you ever had a hip lock up? You don't want it....If it's bad enough, you won't be able to even sit up in bed, much less walk....
Now I get off of my lazy ass and hit the spa damn near every day and some of those days includes Yoga.....What you need is to get to a Yoga class IMMEDIATELY....You'll notice a difference after the first class.
