However, creating a new concept, doing research, setting it up and then working your ass off for many years most likely will yield results.

Totally agree with that. Today's
successfull newbies are those who innovate and who will make more than those bragging and thinking they are the one controlling the industry just because they think they were in this game a few years earlier.
Pathetic how some people discriminate newbies... Either they don't know (or only believe to know) what they talk about or they are just jealous and very frightened of the new pornmaster generations!
