Does anyone have a contact at ePassporte. I have been trying to set up an account to pay our overseas affiliates and also buy some banners and submit passes.

It has been over one month since they recieved all of the required docs and contract. Does anyone know if this is normal? I have sent many emails but I am not getting a reply
