Have keyword rich conversations with yourself - it will bring extra traffic and will look to those SE surfers as though the forum was alive. Forums are a bitch to get started, but they'll go once you get the ball rolling. Just create few threads and respond with your other accounts to make it look like the debate is on going ;)
