Understanding the value of a type-in domain name takes a lot of knowledge and experience. There are no shortcuts.
HIGH FIVE FIGURES isn't far at all from the asking price! And I've had several HIGH FIVE FIGURE offers for just one of the domain names. I've had several five figure offers for two other domain names on the list. That's five figure offers for three of the names individually. Just waiting for the asking price!
I take all legit offers seriously!
I tend to ignore the people who don't understand simple concepts introduced more than 10 years ago regarding type-in traffic and the value of type-in traffic. If they don't get it by now, they will never get it. I can't help them.
True domain name investors get it and that is why they make so much money!
