Oh my god..... this is a major pet hate of mine. Its one of those things you can't tell someone off for because it doesnt break any rules relating to the law or moral codes or politeness etc...
Yet you sometimes feel that people who do that should be electrocuted - just because youd like to hear them squeal and see if they have a higher tone at the end
