The great thing about Type-In domain names is that they NEVER lose their traffic. NEVER! That is why they are worth so much money. The earning potential is only limited to the traffic owner. That is why a program owner could easily afford to buy this domain name and come out WAY ahead - Very Quickly!
I've mostly used PPC, the worst way to earn from traffic and I've made GREAT money from this type-in traffic! Program owners and content owners are certain to do FAR better! An investor could own this great asset, and being earning from the type-in traffic today!
Selling domain names:
