I'm having a lot of issues with my laptop as of late. I've removed anything I could find in there that shouldn't be there and even did a system restore to back when it was running smooth. Yet it's still bogging down.

I want to wipe her and start new. I've never had to do it before so I don't know what is the best way to do it.
