I'm still awaiting an answer on what "third party" was handling the payments. I personally have never heard of a company doing that, so I'm interested to learn more.
Also, you said 12 accounts were messed up. Do those 12 accounts represent 100% of your affiliates who had payouts owed to them? I have one small program that processes volume that's probably similar to SSS (my guess is my small program I'm talking about is probably bigger than yours), and we maybe put out 15-20 checks/epasses (combined) a period, so my guess is that 12 could possibly reflect a big chunk of your payouts that are supposed to go out, with a possibility of that being all of them.
- I know what it's like to have threads made about missing payments, but usually in mine people step forward and say they've been paid regularly so it shows if someone did miss a payment, it was just a one time thing with some sort of error - but here, I have seen a bunch of people say they are owed, and not one person step forward and say they've been paid regularly.
