Ok even Christians get this wrong. Judas was NOT a traitor he was doing what Jesus told him to do. Jesus had every intention of becoming a martyr. He chose Judas because Judas was his most trusted desciple and he could trust Judas to actually do what needed to be done. Tt's funny that Christians understand why they called the day Jesus died as GOOD Fridday because without his death the new convenent with God can't be fulfilled. Yet they don't get if Judas doesn't turn Jesus in there can't be any Good Friday.
