Exactly...I could only see using a gas grill if I was living somewhere that using charcoal would irritate the neighbors, like in a high rise apt.
The flavor of charcoal cannot be matched.....I've even gone as far as collecting dead branches, lighting them up in the grill and cook chicken over it...
