I know a few of you guys live down there. Was wondering what kind of monthly rate a guy is looking at for a furnished condo/apartment by the beach for 1-3 months? I've seen a few online, but I've been down there enough to know that anything I find listed online through rental companies is probably going to be inflated internet gringo prices.
